Welcome to Betterope. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and agree to these Terms.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product weights, sizes, and measurements are approximate. Some product images are styled or edited to show features clearly. If a product you receive isn't as described, please see our Return Policy.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise and may change at any time. Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund, even after you've received an order confirmation.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, but if something goes wrong in transit, contact us and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we aren't responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

7. Returns, refunds, and final sale items

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in their original packaging. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. The Performance Compression Socks and Pro Recovery Massage Gun are final sale and can't be returned for change-of-mind reasons. Any item, including final sale items, that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect is eligible for a full refund if reported within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Safe use of our products

Our products are fitness and recovery equipment. Use them as intended and follow any included instructions. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, adding weight to your workouts, or using a massage gun, especially if you're pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Stop using any product right away if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use our products at your own risk.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

10. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo, or comment, you confirm it's your own and accurate, and you give us permission to display and share it on our site and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive, or unrelated to our products.

11. Our content

Everything on this site, including the Betterope name, logo, text, graphics, and product images, belongs to Betterope or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written consent.

12. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to hack it, interfering with how it works, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.

13. Disclaimer

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don't make warranties beyond those stated in our product listings and policies, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Betterope won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover Betterope for any claims or costs arising from your misuse of our products or the site, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top will show the latest version.
