Shipping policy

We want your Betterope gear to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping options and rates

  • Standard: $8.00, delivered in 5–10 business days
  • Standard on orders $75+: FREE, delivered in 5–10 business days
  • Express: $15.00, delivered in 3–5 business days

Delivery estimates start after your order has been processed and shipped. They're estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.

Orders with multiple items
If you order more than one item, your products may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package, and you'll never pay extra shipping for this.

Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost, late, or missing packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to find it, and if it's confirmed lost, we'll issue a full refund.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. See our Return Policy for details.
