A weighted vest turns the walks, rope sessions, and bodyweight moves you already do into strength and endurance training. You don't need a gym or a new routine.
- Two weights, 8 lb and 12 lb, so the choice is easy
- Low-profile fit that stays put when you jump
- Plain, logo-free design
- Free U.S. shipping over $150 and 14-day returns
Why add a vest to your training?
Extra load makes an everyday walk more demanding, a simple way to level up low-impact cardio.
Once jumping feels easy, a vest adds challenge without changing your rope or your routine.
Squats, lunges, push-ups, and step-ups all get tougher with steady added resistance.
Pick your weight.
A common starting point is about 5–10% of your body weight. If you're unsure, start lighter. You can always step up.
| 8 lb | 12 lb | |
|---|---|---|
| Walking | Great | Great |
| Jump rope | Great | Experienced jumpers |
| Rucking / hiking | Good | Great |
| Bodyweight circuits | Good | Great |
| Phone pocket | – | Yes |
Vest + Smart Counter Rope
The counter tracks every jump and the vest makes each one work harder. It's the simplest at-home cardio setup we sell.
How to start.
Tighten the straps until the vest sits high on your chest with no bounce.
Begin with 10–20 minute walks or rope rounds a few times a week.
Add time first, then weight. Move from 8 lb to 12 lb when it feels easy.
Weighted vest FAQ.
Can I jump rope in a weighted vest?
Yes. Start with the 8 lb vest, keep jumps low and soft, and keep sessions short at first. Jumping with weight adds impact, so build up gradually.
Is the vest adjustable?
Both vests use adjustable straps so you can get a close, secure fit. The weight itself is fixed: 8 lb or 12 lb.
Does it have a logo?
No. Our vests are plain, with no logos.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then hang to air dry. Don't machine wash or tumble dry.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Return it unused in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Return Policy.
Who shouldn't use a weighted vest?
If you're pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have a back, joint, or heart condition, check with your doctor before training with added weight.
